Your purchase will reserve a spot for your custom mallets. In order to get started on your mallets, you must respond to your order confirmation email with the following:
Handle material (birch or rattan)
Main yarn color
Top stitch yarn color
Hardness (1-5, with 1 being the hardest)
Custom Engraving
Once we decide on your design, I can give you an exact quote, and your reservation fee and shipping costs will count towards your full payment. Your mallets will go into production as soon as payment is received. Venmo is the preferred payment method, but we can work something else out if you prefer.
Your reservation fee and shipping costs for this product are non-refundable. If you are unsure about the process, please contact me before you purchase a reservation so we can ensure you get what you want.
All custom mallets will also have the 0GRAVITY logo engraved. If you would like a specific yarn, you can ship it to me and I will return the leftover yarn with your mallets.
This is a very limited item, as I will only be working on a few custom orders at a time. If this item is sold out, please check again in a few weeks to see if any spots have opened up.
